Vinny grew up in Brewster, New York. His coach Cody pushed him toward coaching, and he initially avoided it because he didn’t feel strong enough on nutrition. Cody offered to guide him through it.
What he loves most is helping people get where they’re trying to go. He genuinely tries to be the coach he wishes he’d had when he started.
Ten months in with 16 clients. Strength training, sports performance, and growth phases are where he does his best work.
Outside coaching he’s a union mason. It taught him what hard work is actually worth and it provides for his family. The goal is coaching full time.

His phone is on for his athletes. Not office hours, not a ticket queue. In your first two weeks expect to hear from him every day or every other day.
Nobody gets yelled at for a bad week. Life happens. You get back on plan, and you try not to repeat the same mistake twice.
Growth phases and real strength are the specialty. If you want to build, particularly legs, that’s the work he does best.
Being a good coach runs deeper than knowledge. It’s how he treats his athletes, how he carries himself, and doing the right thing when nobody is checking.
Strength training, sports performance, and growth phases for athletes 19 to 25 who want to build. Vinny’s phone stays on for the people he coaches.
“My experience with Vinny has been nothing but successful since day one. He has been on point with everything and I highly recommend him as a coach. If you don’t believe me check my progress, I started back in January and I’ll be stepping on stage in November. This guy is on route to be an elite coach.”

“Vinny does all my nutrition for my powerlifting training. He has been an absolute game changer and I haven’t been stronger or felt better on a day to day basis. He is easy to work with and keeps me honest.”
