Once payment is submitted there are no refunds. It is on you to ensure you are ready to embark on this journey with your coach.

You are able to cancel whenever you would like, you just have to allow your coach to know so he/she can make that change to your profile.

Yes, please get in contact with your coach before submitting payment to receive a discount code regarding your service.
